The weekend varies through the sister channels of iFilm English, Arabic, Farsi and iFilm2. Therefore, the end of week falls on Thursday on iFilm2 and iFilm Farsi, Friday and Saturday on iFilm Arabic, and Saturday on iFilm English.

iFilm English:

iFilm English TV will air ‘Sour Lemon’ on Saturday March 2 at 22:00 GMT.

Behrouz, who has recently been fired from his workplace, finds a job, which is caring for an elderly man called Mozaffar Khan. When Behrouz is forced to introduce Mozaffar Khan to his brother-in-law, Siavash, his world turns upside down. Siavash thinks Mozaffar Khan is too lonely and has to get married. He decides to introduce the rich old man to his aunt, but when Mozaffar Khan meets Behrouz’s mother, he may have second thoughts.

iFilm2:

‘The Tenants’ is iFilm2 TV’s weekend movie that will come to you on Thursday February 29 at 16:30 GMT.

When the landlord of a busy apartment complex dies, his lack of apparent heir leaves the property up for grabs. As a result, Abbas, the overeager apartment manager, aims to secure his claim on the building by evicting all its residents and thereby cutting them out of contention. However, these renters prove wilier than Abbas expected, so he ups the ante by refusing to keep up the property. Soon the tenants take maintenance into their own hands -- with disastrous results.

iFilm Farsi:

Tune in to iFilm Farsi on Thursday February 29 at 17:30 GMT to watch a hilarious comedy movie titled ‘Side View Mirror’.

Morteza and Mahnaz go out to celebrate their engagement anniversary, with an expensive car that they borrowed without the car owner’s permission. That night, the car’s side view mirror breaks, so they go to see the car owner to ask for forgiveness, but they realize he needs their help as well.

iFilm Arabic:

In the case you wish to watch iFilm’s ‘Private Party’ in Arabic, tune into iFilm Arabic TV on Friday March 1 at 19:00 GMT.

It’s the era of Reza Shah, and a group of friends from the upper class have gathered for a party. Everything is going well until some uninvited guests crash the party.

The channel is also set to televise ‘The Kingdom of Solomon, the Prophet’ in Arabic on Saturday March 2 at 19:00 GMT.

Prophet Solomon, king of Judah and the son of King David, asks God to grant him the ideal kingdom. But for this to happen, he has to face a world of evil and an imminent and brutal war. When the leaders of different Israelite tribes reject his call for help, disaster strikes. Solomon is faced with a world of evil, threatening his kingdom, followers and even family.
